Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 onion , finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tomato , cut into cubes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
8 to 10 cups paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
1/2 capsicum , cubed
1/2 yellow capsicum , cubed
1/2 red capsicum , cubed
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Add the kashmiri chilli and coriander powder, paneer and mix well.
  5. Add the green, yellow and red capsicum and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
