  1. Rub the saffron in 1 teaspoon of warm water and keep aside.
  2. Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the cashewnuts and coconut and sauté on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Add the sugar with ¼ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  4. Add the saffron-water mixture and cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Serve warm.
