  1. Combine the boiled kala chana, lemon rind, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, green apple, coriander and green chillies in a bowl and toss well. Keep aside.
  2. For the salad dressing, combine the honey, lemon juice and black pepper in a bowl and whisk well.
  3. Add this dressing to the salad, sprinkle salt and chaat masala and toss well.
  4. Serve immediately on lettuce leaves.
