2 cups whole wheat khakhras , broken into pieces
1 1/4 cups boiled sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
  2. Serve immediately to prevent from getting soggy.
