A dreamy blend of coconut, kiwi, banana and white chocolate. Very smooth, a perfect summer drink.

Ingredients

1 small banana
4 kiwis
1/4 cup chopped white chocolate
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 cups chilled curds (dahi)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp crushed mint leaves (phudina)
ice cubes

Method
    Method
  1. Take chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, and heat it on high for 30 seconds or till it melts.
  2. Once it melted, mix it with rest of the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Once its blended properly, add ice cubes if you are using.
  4. Serve chilled.
