Kothimbir Vadis recipe - How to make Kothimbir Vadis

1 big bunch of coriander (dhania) washed and finely chopped
5 to 6 green chillies
8 to 10 cloves (laung / lavang) of garlic (lehsun)
3 to 4 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
2 tbsp bajra (black millet) flour
salt to taste
oil to deep fry

  1. Clean and finely chop the coriender.
  2. Wash it and drain all the water.
  3. Make a pest of green chilly and garlic.
  4. Take choped coriender and put green chilly and garlic pest,besan and bajari flaour and salt.
  5. Mix all the ingreidents and give them a shape of role. Make five to six roles.
  6. Put all the roles in still chachni. And put it in the pressure cooker at list for 15 minutes for. (3whistl).
  7. After some time put that still chahni out of the cooker and cut the small round shpe pices of role.
  8. Hit the oil in the pan and deep fry.
