Ingredients

1 1/2 cups boiled pasta
2 cups white sauce
4 tbsp chopped parsley
a pinch of nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
a pinch of dried oregano or fresh oregano
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 medium tomato , sliced
a little butter
salt and to taste

Method

Add the parsley, nutmeg powder, oregano, salt and pepper and three-quarters of the cheese to the white sauce.
Add the macaroni and mix. Spread on a greased shallow dish and arrange tomato slices on top. Cover with the remaining cheese and dot with butter.
Microwave on high for about 2 1/2 minutes.

Tips

Serve immediately.
