Ingredients


For The Crepes
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
a pinch salt
1 tsp mango essence
4 tsp olive oil

For The Filling
1/2 cup mangoes
2 tsp mango jam
1/2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf) powder
2 tbsp mint leaves (phudina)

For The Garnish
4 tsp grated ripe mango
2 tbsp honey
whipped cream
cardamom (elaichi) powder

To Serve

Method
for the crepes

    for the crepes
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, adding enough water to make smooth batter.
  2. Heat the non stick tava, sprinkle water on hot tava and dry it with cloth.
  3. Pour a spoonful of batter on to it and spread it with the spoon back in a circular motion like dosa.
  4. Keep it thin or little more then thin and cook it for few minutes using olive oil till both sides turn golden brown.
  5. Similarly prepare other crepes and keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. place crepe on a clean dry surface.
  2. Apply mango jam and spread mango pieces.
  3. Sprinkle the fennel seeds powder and mint leaves and roll up the crepe and place on the serving plate.
  4. Garnish it with jujube, grated mango, cardamom powder, whipped cream and drizzel honey on the top.
  5. Serve immediately with custard as a dip for crepes.
