1 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 tsp butter (for greasing dish)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 large mangoes


  1. Grease microwave proof dish & keep aside
  2. Extract pulp from mangoes and put in large mixing bowl
  3. Add sugar & cream to pulp and beat well with electric beater
  4. Add egss to mixture & beat well
  5. Add flour and baking powder and mix together till all ingredients are combined well
  6. Pour mixture into greased dish
  7. Microwave on high for 10 mins. check if done. if not done, microwave again for 2 mins.
  8. Take out and allow to cool. serve with vanilla icecream

I tried out his recipe. It turned out to be more like a halwa than a cake... don''t know maybe it requires adding more flour. One cup may not be sufficient??
