Chinese Chicken Noodle Pack(with taste maker)
2 medium sized onions
1 big tomato
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 each of whole mixed spices
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp mild madras curry powder
1/2 capsicum , sliced lengthwise
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
2 tsp oil
water - to cook noodles
1 tbsp tomato ketchup


  1. Heat oil in a non stick kadai
  2. Add whole spices
  3. When its well fried add finely chopped onions till its cooked
  4. Addginger garlic paste and fry till raw sell disappears.
  5. Now add finely chopped tomatos and fry.
  6. When frying tomatos add red chilli powder, salt, curry powder, and the seasoning from the noodle packet.
  7. Fry till oil separates.
  8. Now add the capsicum and fry for another 2 min.
  9. Now add required water and add the noodles.
  10. Cover and cook.
  11. Better make it a bit dry without any gravy.
  12. Finally add ketchup and give a mix.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
