Ingredients


To Be Blended Into A Smooth Paste Together
1/2 cup coriander (dhania)
1 of ginger (adrak)
2 to 3 pods of garlic (lehsun)
4 tsp biryani masala
4 to 5 cashewnuts (kaju)
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
1 1/2 cups soaked long grained rice (basmati)
1/4 onion , thinly sliced
1/4 cup green peas
1 carrot , chopped
1/2 cup potatoes , chopped
4 to 5 french beans , chopped
2 to 3 baby corns
13 cauliflower florets
6 to 8 broccoli florets
1 slit green chilli , slit green chilli lenghtwise
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

Method
    Method
  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the grounded masala, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring twice in between. Keep aside.
  3. Heat 1 tsp of oil in the same microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Add all the vegetables and cashew. Mix well and microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring twice in between.
  5. Now add the fried paste, rice , salt and remaining ghee along with 2 1/2 glasses of water, mix well and microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring at every 3 minutes in between
  6. Serve hot with raitha or curds.
