A sweet and rich cake made with sweetened milk.
- Take ricotta cheese,milk powder & sugar in a microwave safe container.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Put it in microwave for 3 min after that mix it.take a look if it is coming out mix it again so it get settle.
- When the color changes to dark brown.
- It means your milk cake is ready.
- Garnish it with elaichi powder &put some dry fruits on top of it.
- Your milk cake is ready to serve.
