    Main Procedure
  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the spring onion whites and garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add the turmeric powder, coriander seeds and tomato purée and stir-fry for a minute.
  3. Add the mushrooms, sweet corn, capsicum, baby corn, spring onion greens and salt and stir-fry on a high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add the milk and sugar, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
