I have made using the same ingredients but it seems there is an excess of vinegar. How I tackle that ma''am?

Can we use sugarcane vinegar? What is the shelf life of this mustard?

It doesn''t require cooking on the stove? Right? You have mentioned cooking time.... Is it making time or cooking time?

I have tried this recipe with my own modifications. I have excluded red chillies, garlick and the bark of drumstick (as the last thing was not readily available). Yet the sauce came out very fine and in tasted like just the one we can get in a restaurant. We see a number of recipes on the web some require cooking and others not. But this recipe is the simplest and best.
