  1. Combine all the ingredients with approx. 1 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it with ¼ tsp of oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion to form 125 mm. (5”) diameter thick circle.
  4. Cook it, using ¼ tsp of oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 8 more pancakes.
  6. Serve immediately with green chutney.

I don''t use onion It ll be good and in option wat i use

   Hi Priyal, You can omit the onions or you can replace it with cabbage or capsicum.

Too good!! Just a perfect blend of all ingredients including the spices... the onions give a very good mouthfeel and taste... i can enjoy them without the chutney also whether its for snack or a light dinner.. wlll definitely make it often now.
