Life is a blend of bitter-sweet memories. And so is this Neem Juice – although the bitterness courses through your senses the moment you sip it, it surprisingly leaves a sweet after-taste!

Neem Juice has a lot of medicinal benefits, and is especially good for your hair, skin and stomach. Known for its detox and cleansing properties, it is wise to have a dash of Neem Juice when the weather changes. It is therefore customary in Maharashtrian families to have a small quantity of this juice on Gudi Padwa day. You can try it too!

1 cup neem leaves

  1. Combine the neem leaves and 1 cup of water in a mixer and blend it till smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture using a strainer in a deep bowl.
  3. Serve immediately.

Neem juice.. a bitter drink.. but has lot of health benefits.. once in a while this drink is great to cleanse yourself from within.. Thank you for the recipe..
