  1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick kadhai and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the garlic, green chillies and ginger and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add the spinach purée, spinach, corn, salt, ¼ cup of water, fresh cream, garam masala and chilli powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot.

Turned out to be too yummy and was so simple to prepare. The aroma of ghee fried in garlic was so gud and enhanced the taste of palak and corn 🌽
