Ingredients
Method

  1. Steam and blend the leaves in to puree.
  2. Add besan to curd and make a smooth mixture by adding some water.
  3. Heat oil in a karahi.
  4. Add cumin,when it cracles,add hing and then add chopped chilli and ginger.
  5. Saute for a while.
  6. Then add spinach puree, chilli powder.
  7. Saute again for 2 min.
  8. Add 1/2 cup water.
  9. Then add curd,besan mixture.
  10. Keep stirring,and add enough water.
  11. Bring to boil.
  12. Slow the flame.and leave to simmer for 45 min.
  13. Keep stirring in between.
  14. Kadhi should not be very thick nor to runny,adjust water as required.
  15. Serve hot,pouring ghee on the top.
