  1. Peel and cut each cucumber into 2 parts vertically.
  2. Scoop out the centres of each piece using a scooper. Keep aside.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients together in a bowl, mix well and divide into 8 equal portions.
  4. Stuff each cucumber slice with a portion of the prepared mixture. Cut each piece into 3 equal portions. Garnish with a sprig of dill. Serve immediately.
