Makes a low calorie healthy dessert.
Method- Mix together the milk and paneer in a broad non-stick pan and simmer on a flame, stirring continuously, for about 10 minutes.
- Add the corn flour mixture and stir continuously till it thickens.
- Add the cardamom powder and sugar and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
