  1. Combine the curds, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli paste, besan, tomato puree and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the paneer cubes, mix well and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the curry leaves and mustard seeds.
  4. When the seeds crackle, add the onions and saute till they turn translucent.
  5. Add the tomatoes, mix well and cook till the gravy becomes thick.
  6. Add the paneer along with the curd mixture and mix well.
  7. Add the turmeric powder, garam masala and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
