  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the bread crumbs, maida and egg, in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round flat kebabs.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai, dip the kebabs in egg, roll on the bread crumbs, so that they are evenly coated from all the sides and deep fry in oil till they turn golden brown and crisp.
  4. Serve hot.
