1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

  1. Knead the paneer very well. Add the green chillies and salt and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and roll each portion into a round ball.
  3. Roll them into the parsley and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Serve chilled.

I loved this quick to make cocktail appetizer... it was almost like a life saver recipe when my husband and his friend walked in after work for a quick drink and with no time in hand i tried this one.. they don't just look but even taste amazing... and guess what my husband didn't even know it was walnut... hey what can be better than this healthy no oil snack... well i dont see my self buying those frozen ready to fry starters anymore... thank you Mrs. Dalal...
