1 recipe pesto sauce
3 cups cooked macaroni
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 cup capsicum (red , yellow and green) cubes
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp dried oregano
salt to taste

For The Garnish
2 tbsp grated processed cheese

For Serving
garlic bread

  1. Heat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add the pesto sauce, fresh cream, milk, chilli flakes, oregano and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  4. Add the macaroni, toss well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Garnish with cheese and serve immediately with garlic bread.

Wow! It tastes so awesome. The basil-walnut sauce gives a refreshing taste to the pasta. Not White.. Not Red.. It's green!
