Necessity is indeed the mother of all inventions. When I was experimenting with some new recipes, I ran out of soya granules and did not know what to do! So, I ground some soya chunks instead and used them in the recipe and it turned out to be awesome.

It soaks up water and increases the bulk of any recipe, especially useful for making stuffing for Parathas like in Dal and Soya Parathas.

You can powder the soya chunks in bulk and store them in an air-tight container and use as required.

  1. Grind the soya chunks in a mixer to get a fine powder.
  2. Use as required.

Hi mam.. I love all the soya chunk recipes.. Can v mix soya chunks with milk and eat it raw..

   Soya chunks are already processed. So you can eat them raw with milk if you like the taste.
