4 gold kiwi fruits , chopped
1 cup boiled soyabeans
2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
2 cups orange juice
2 bananas , peeled and sliced
5 tsp honey
2 tsp vanilla essence
3 to 4 ice cubes

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately.
