Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 8 to 10 servings

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, green chillies, tomatoes, coconut pieces, garlic cloves and pudina leaves and saute for 5-10 mins or till they change into pink colour.
  2. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Blend in a mixer along with tamarind paste, salt and sugar till smooth.
  4. Serve with accompaniments of your choice.
