For raab- To make raab for cold and new mothers, heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add the wheat flour and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 1½ minutes or till the flour turns light brown in colour.
- Add 1¼ cups of water and jaggery, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring continuously with a whisk.
- Add the carom seeds and ginger powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for ½ minute, while stirring continuously with a whisk.
