small raw mango - 1
sugar - 1 cup increase or decrease according to the mango
water - 4 cups


  1. roast the mango on a flame till it is well cooked. cool and peel the charred skin. squeeze the pulp into a bowl and strain it thro' a seive. add sugar and water, stir well
  2. Till the sugar dissolves. healthy juice is ready to serve.
