juice of 3 large sized amla (indian gooseberries)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
juice of one Bilva fruit (or ready made Bilva juice concentrate 2 tablespoons)
15 gms ginger (adrak), crushed to make juice


  1. Extract juice of all of the above fuits and root and add water to make upto 200 ml of water.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Fresh fruit extract such as peach, bananas, pears, plums, apples, can be added if sweetness is needed.
  4. Serve chilled.
