Thickened milk flavoured with saffron and cardamom. Making rabri has never been so easy.

The condensed milk helps to thicken the rabri quickly, while the cottage cheese helps to add body and flavour to the rabdi. It is necessary to use unsalted paneer for this recipe as salted paneer will cause the milk to split.

Many Traditional Indian Favourites like Gulab Jamun , Jalebi and Malpuas taste awesome when eaten topped with rabri.

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a large microwave safe bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 6 minutes, while stirring once in between.
  2. Allow it to cool completely.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled garnished with pistachios.

Shahi Rabdi.. this is really a very royal.. rabdi.. Simple and made instantly.. the texture of the paneer gives a nice soft malai taste. Served it chilled and topped it over gulab jamun. Now any time i want to make rabdi.. Its very simple now.. no hours of stirring continuously.

This recipe is awsome!!!! I, my family, my friends liked it like any thing Its' taste, taxture colour everything is excellent and so easy to prepare It is ready within no time Now will make it for full course for a replacement of sweet and whenever my milk will spoil I will go for SHAHI RABDI Thanks a million Tarlaji for giving such a lovely recipe
