Nachos is a popular Mexican snack dish comprising of tortilla chips served with salsa sauce. The South Indian nachos bring a lovely twist to the typical Mexican nacho recipe and is best enjoyed as a starter.

Method


  1. Break peanuts into small pieces(after heating them on pan)
  2. Mix all ingredients well
  3. Soak the mixture with water, to make a dove
  4. Make round balls, and press it on a polythin sheet.(with hand or puri press. apply oil on polythin sheet).
  5. Fry them in the preheated oil.
  6. Server them hot or cold.
