  1. Mix all the ingredients (mashed potatoes, boiled peas and soaked/drained soya crunch, green chilly, coriander, bread crumbs etc.) with species and make round or oval shaped cutlets.
  2. Heat up the oil on high flame and deep fry the cutlets on sim flame.
  3. Put aside the fried cutlets on tissue paper to absorb the extra oil and serve with green chuteny.
