1 tbsp curds (dahi)
100 gms coriander (dhania)
100 gms mint leaves (phudina)
10 gms finely chopped ginger (adrak)
20 gms finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the ginger, mint and coriander and saute till the leaves begin to wilt.
  2. Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool.
  3. Blend in a mixer along with curds and salt till smooth.
  4. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Store refrigerated or serve immediately.
