1 cup beetroot cubes
1 cup pear cubes (unpeeled and deseeded)

  2. Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
  3. Serve immediately.

Not so tempting look wise, but tastes good. Beetroot not only gives colour but also flavour to this drink. Spinach is completely disguised and a good way to make up for one''s iron and folic acid requirement.
