  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.
  2. Add the spinach and mushrooms and sauté on a high flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the carrot, soy sauce, 2½ cup of water, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve immediately.

Nice healthy non spicy clear soup with the richness of spinach. My fussy 6 year old daughter loved it.
