Ingredients

1 ltr hung curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 box of fresh strawberries
150 gms powdered sugar
condensed milk (optional)
Method


  1. Mix all the ingredients and set in a icecream churner, then set in a deep freezer for 1 hr.. serve scoops garnished with frsh berries, cream, etc..
