  1. Heat 1 tsp jaggery with 1/4 tsp ghee on a slow flame till the jaggery melts.
  2. Then add 1 tsp sesame seeds and mix till it forms a ball.
  3. Pour on greased platform and roll to thin roti.
  4. When hot take up and twist it to give the shape of a cone.
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to make 3 more cones. Keep aside.

For the stuffing

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add the dates and milk and cook till dates turn soft.
  2. Then add the cashewnuts and mix well.
  3. Put this stuffing in the prepared cones and serve garnished with silver balls and coloured vermicilli.
