Sweet and Crunchy Mango Salad

This salad is balanced combination of sweet taste of mango and crunchiness of boondi!
Method- Combine the chutney, carrots and soya granules, mix well and keep aside.
- In another bowl, put the mangoes,tomato, moong, pomegranate and mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp green chutney mixture, mix well and chill it.
- Add the boondi just before serving and serve chilled.
