Ingredients

6 to 7 large tomatoes, chopped
2 to 3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger (adrak), heaped
salt to taste
1/4 tsp chilli powder
water as required
Method


  1. Heat oil,
  2. Add all dry ingredients and stir for 1 minute
  3. Then add green chillies, chopped tomatoes, ginger, and salt to taste.
  4. Stir well till tomatoes are soft and oil separetes
  5. Add water approximately 1 1/2 cup and enough gravy is there.
  6. Cover and bring to boil, and simmer for 5 mts.
  7. Serve hot with chawkaa rice, or moong dal khichdi.
