Ingredients


For The Stuffing
1/2 cup paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
1/2 cup boiled and grated corn
2 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp chole masala
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

Other Ingredients
8 slices of bread
4 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup finely chopped lettuce
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
bread crumbs for coating
oil for deep frying

Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the corn, red chilly and chole masala and saute for 3 min.
  2. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour the corn mixture and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into round flat tikkis.
  4. Coat up all the tikkis in breadcrumbs and keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in kadahi and deep fry the tikkis till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  6. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.

How to proceed

    How to proceed
  1. Take one slice of bread, spread mayonnaise and roast it well on tava.
  2. Place 1 tikki on the bread, spread some tomato slices, onion slice, lettuce, salt and black pepper and cover it with another slice of bread.
  3. Cook it till it gets crispy.
  4. Serve hot.
