    Method
  1. Combine the cornflour and ¾ cup of water in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the green chillies, garlic and ginger and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the cornflour-water mixture, soya sauce, chilli-garlic sauce, sugar and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  4. Add the tofu, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve immediately with chilli coriander fried rice.

Easy recipe with mild taste ( I reduced chillis). Thanks for suggesting the recipe with cilantro rice.

This manchurian sauce is just sooo good with chillies, ginger and garlic and when tofu is put inside it was so good that when served with fried rice is a complete meal by itself.
