Ingredients

1 kg riped red hard tomatoes
1 kg sugar
2 tbsp citric acid
tip of teaspoon sodium benzoit
Method


  1. 1. boil bottels ,keep boiling till syrup is ready
  2. 2.blanch tomatoes ,cool ,make juice in mixy ,adding one cup of water
  3. 3.strain juice
  4. 4.add sugar,citric acid ,boil till ,sticky like madhu ,but thread should not form
  5. 5.remove foth ,close gas
  6. 6.add sodium benzoite ,diluted in hot syrup
  7. 6a. can add red color ,optional
  8. 7. bottel hot syrup ,in boilig bottles
  9. Leave 2" space in bottel , cap it airtight
