To make tomato and basil bruschetta, cut the baguette into 10 thick slices and keep aside. Make an olive oil and garlic mixture and keep aside. To Be Mixed Into A Olive Oil-garlic Mixture
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)

To Be Mixed Into A Topping
1 cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp chopped basil
salt and freshly ground to taste
