Tulsi Bottle Gourd Soup

This soup is suitable for BP and cholesterol patients.
Method- Heat 500 ml water in a deep pan, add the bottle gourd pieces, tomato puree, ginger, turmeric powder, salt, rasam powder, pepper and jaggery, mix well and boil till bottle gourd is cooked.
- Add the lemon juice, tulsi and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
