  1. Combine the oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger and green chillies in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Add the turai, turmeric powder and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
  3. Add the coconut, sugar and lemon juice, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander.

I tried this today and turned out delicious. I substituted green chilles with pepper and skipped sugar and Lemon juice.
