Veg Clear Soup recipe - How to make Veg Clear Soup

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     2Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1/4 cup green peas
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
1/2 tsp soy sauce
salt and to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in pan, add onions and saute till it turns golden brown.
  2. Add all the remaining vegetables and saute for 2 minutes on a high flame.
  3. Add the vegetable stock, soya sauce, salt and pepper and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
