Method


  1. Boil in plenty of salted water spaghettis till done. drain and keep aside.
  2. Boil tomato in hot water for 2 mints. and then make puree.
  3. Take 3 tbsp. oil and add little mustard seeds and a pinch of hing.
  4. Now add ginger, garlic and green chili paste. fry for few seconds.
  5. Add all the vegetables mentioned above or any other vegetables of your choice (like valod, tendli) and onion.
  6. Don''t add tomato puree now.
  7. Add salt and haldi and cover it with a lid with water in the lid ( a thali) and let the veg. cook.
  8. When veg. are done add tomato puree .
  9. Add salt, chili pwd., haldi, garam masala pwd. ,and coriander pwd.
  10. Now add spaghetti and palak and coriander leaves.

  1. Take butter and add maida and fry for sometime.
  2. Then add milk and stir well. add this to above.

How to proceed:

  1. Now make layers.
  2. First put the spaghetti made as above,
  3. Second pour some 2 tbsp. tomato sauce
  4. Third sprinkle some freshly ground pepper powder
  5. Lastly add some grated cheese and coriander leaves.
  6. Make this layers till all spaghetti over and on top it should be
  7. Grated cheese.
  8. Serve hot and if desired bake in pre heat oven for 5 minutes or can be microwave just before serving.

This recipe was awesome and delicious. Most of the ingredients were easily available and every body across age groups enjoyed to the last bit. Though i did not add oodles of cheese for baking as in the picture, i made a slightly healthier version. Thanks for such a yummy recipe.
