Vegatable Rice Pizza recipe - How to make Vegatable Rice Pizza

Ingredients

cooked brown or white rice (chawal)
1/2 cup shredded_spell! cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cornflour
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp dried italian seasoning
1/4 tsp each_spell! garlic (lehsun) powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
2 tbsp grated_spell! parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded_spell! mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup thinly_spell! sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1/3 cup thinly_spell! sliced zucchini
1/4 cup pitted_spell! , sliced black olives or sliced red onion
1/4 cup diced_spell! red capsicum
1 tbsp chopped_spell! fresh parsley

Method
    Method
  1. In medium bowl, combine rice, Cheddar cheese ,water and corn flour Press into lightly greased 12-inch (30 cm) pizza pan.
  2. Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned; remove from oven.
  3. In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper; spread over rice crust.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and half of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with mushrooms, zucchini, olives and red pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and parsley.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes longer to heat through and melt cheese.
