Ingredients

2 medium sized onions
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
2 medium carrots
225 gms baking potatoes
1 medium red capsicum
400 gms can haricot beans
320 gms can sweet corn (makai ke dane)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup vegetable stock
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp brown sugar
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
300 ml low fat curds (dahi)
100 gms low fat cheddar cheese
Method


  1. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.peel and dice the carrot and potatoes.
  2. Halve the pepper ,discarding the stem, seeds and pith and dice the flesh.drain the beans and rinse under cold water.drain the corn.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai , put onions and garlic and fry for few mts.
  4. Stir in carrots ,potatoes ,pepper ,beans and corn.combine the tomatoes stock ,chilli sauce ,tomato puree and sugar to the vegetables .saute and cook till the vegetables are tender.at last add salt and pepper.
  5. Serve topped with low fat yogurt and low fat cheddar cheese.
